Bosun Brick owns and operates state-of-the-art German block-making plants. We have the exclusive rights in South Africa to manufacture concrete paving products with machines produced by the Hess Group.

The Hess Group is an international Concrete Products Machine Manufacturer with over 500 employees and has subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia. The company was founded in 1948, and has grown into a world class leader in its field in the last five decades.

Bosun Brick started manufacturing concrete paving products in Edenvale, Johannesburg, in 1993. The company grew exponentially in the following 4 years. Due to a high demand for the company’s products the need for more efficient technology and a larger property arose, so the company moved to Midrand.
