Mall of Africa, centered in the heart of Waterfall City, is regarded as the true home of Africa’s luxury which offers consumers a shopping experience like no other. Bosun is proud to have supplied a combination of its Urban Small and Slimline pavers for the renowned “Town Square” dining area. A combination of smooth and coarse exposed aggregate finishes in various colours were used to create a subtle, yet striking finish. Such designs can be difficult to achieve, however, the modular design and thickness consistency of the Bosun Urban range allows all four sizes to be installed in combination with each other.
Additionally, Bosun supplied various other concrete products for the Waterfall City Park and surrounding infrastructure of the mall and the greater city. These included precast kerbs, tactile pavers and a custom “tan” colour for the sidewalk paving.
