Bosun Retaining Rock
Fits Together Like Giant Lego Blocks
Bosun Retaining Rock is a modular retaining wall system that harnesses the power of gravity to build tall walls that often do not require reinforcement. These retaining wall blocks can be simply stacked on top of each other to construct a “gravity” retaining wall. The system uses the gravitational force of their own weight to resist the lateral pressure from the retained soil behind them, which prevents toppling and sliding.
Bosun Retaining Rock fits together like giant Lego blocks. The engineered tongue and groove system ensures the blocks lock together without the need for mortar or fixed/anchored reinforcement methods. The size of the blocks combined with the interlocking design allows you to construct retaining walls faster and easier than smaller blocks.
With block weights ranging from 300-700kg, wall heights of 4-7 metres can be achieved with minimal excavation and under certain conditions, without geogrid reinforcement or tieback systems. Taller retaining walls can be constructed with reinforcement.
